Terms & Conditions

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Lemon Beach Resort or through our authorized booking partners (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).

A refundable security deposit of $100 USD is required to confirm direct bookings. This deposit is held during your stay and refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.

Room rates are quoted in USD. Payment at the resort can be made in USD, Ghana Cedi (GHS), or by card (Visa/Mastercard). Exchange rates for GHS payments are based on the prevailing rate at the time of payment.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date for room-only bookings. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.

For tour packages, cancellations made more than 14 days before departure receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night (room-only) or the full package price (tour packages). We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Late check-out after 2:00 PM may be charged at the daily room rate.

Guests must present a valid passport or government-issued photo identification at check-in. Ghanaian law requires all hotels to register guest passport details.

Lemon Beach Resort shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Safes are provided in all rooms for the storage of valuables. Guests are encouraged to use room safes and avoid leaving valuables unattended.

The resort is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during activities, excursions, or tours, whether organized by the resort or independently by the guest. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

While we take every reasonable precaution for guest safety, swimming in the ocean is at the guest's own risk. The resort pool is unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in pool and beach areas.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to be considerate of other guests and staff at all times.

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or enclosed public areas. Designated smoking areas are provided on the grounds.

Pets are not permitted at the resort, with the exception of certified service animals. Prior arrangements must be made for service animals.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest and may be deducted from the security deposit.

The resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive, threatening, or in violation of these terms.

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.

Tour prices include accommodation, meals as specified, transport, guides, and listed activities unless otherwise stated. Personal expenses, travel insurance, international flights, and visa fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

Minimum participant numbers may apply to certain tours. If minimum numbers are not met, we will offer an alternative date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
