About Lemon

One vision. Five companies. A foundation that changes lives.

Your stay with us directly supports the others

Every guest who visits supports the whole ecosystem.

In 2011, two men from opposite ends of the world crossed paths in Ghana. What started as a chance encounter became a friendship — and then a shared dream to build something meaningful.

David Duron, a Czech entrepreneur with a telecom background, sold everything after a life-changing diagnosis and invested $2 million in the country he fell in love with. Today he serves as Developmental Chief in Elmina (Nana Ekow Ankama I.), dedicating his energy to the community that welcomed him.

Kofi Amissah, David's Ghanaian partner, leads all Lemon Groupe operations as CEO. Together they've built five companies, employ over 40 local staff, and run an NGO that supports more than 60 children across 10 schools.

Urgent Renovation for Catholic Girl's Primary School

2024

Urgent Renovation for Catholic Girl's Primary School

The school comprises five classes, with approximately 90 students per class. However, the entire school lacked electricity and suffered from numerous roof leaks. This presented significant challenges during the rainy season, as education was frequently disrupted by rainwater dripping on students. Lemon Beach Resort together with private supporter Mr. Jiri Hubert and kids from a Czech school put together a budget of 70,000 GHS for electricity wires and fans. The project was successfully finished in January 2024. The lights are on!
